Service parameters
Review service limits and find the settings used to operate the store.
Current service limits
These values come from the service health check. For notification settings and monthly attempts, open Notifications. Business attempts do not include all account email traffic; verify the supplier total separately.
Store settings
- Pricing and design settings
- Quantity prices, design revision allowance and gift email templates.
- Delivery regions and payments
- Delivery fees, available payment methods and payment instructions for new orders.
- Notifications
- Purchaser notifications, new-order summary recording, queues and monthly email attempts. Recording a summary and enabling its scheduled delivery are separate controls.
- Operation records
- Review recorded changes. Existing sensitive settings require administrator verification, a reason and a matching version.
Release policies
Policy reference for this release. These are not live configuration readings. Changes require a separately reviewed release.
- Order storage
- 10 MiB and 100 files per order, including historical versions.
- Store storage
- 1 GiB and 10,000 files. Current used capacity is shown above.
- Photo safety
- 10 MiB per image; 13 megapixels and 8,192 pixels per side; 16 megapixels per preview set. Uploaded images are decoded and re-encoded to remove metadata.
- Private image links
- Signed links last up to 5 minutes. Revoking an invitation prevents new access; an already issued image link can remain valid until expiry.
- Completed orders
- Photos, designs and personal order text are cleared after 90 days from completion. Financial and audit records are retained. Unfinished orders are not cleared by this policy.
- Financial retention
- Five years, with manual annual review. Annual anonymisation is not an automated job.
- New-order summaries
- Scheduled on weekdays at 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00 Singapore time when new orders are waiting. Scheduler delays are possible. Delivery pauses at 80% of the business email budget.

Planned schedules are shown below. This page does not verify the latest run, delivery switches or recovery results.
- Backups
- Daily at 00:30 Singapore time. Retain 7 daily, 4 weekly and 1 monthly snapshot under the repository backup workflow.
- Recovery drill
- Monday at 01:30 Singapore time. Review the latest workflow result and the separate role, permission and Storage recovery evidence.
- Delivery and alert switches
- Review the repository deployment controls and their latest workflow results. Notifications shows order email state; Service health shows current queues.
