Mail status
Business attempt limits reset at the UTC day and month. Account emails and independent alerts also use provider capacity; these counters do not show your total Resend usage.
New orders
Unread orders created since this inbox was introduced. Marking an order seen affects your inbox only.
Delivery alerts
Investigate bounces and complaints in the provider dashboard. Resolving an alert does not remove the email suppression.
Email queue
Latest 50 matching records. Accepted by provider does not confirm inbox delivery. Attempted sends require provider-log review before replay.
Purchaser notifications
Only order creation, payment confirmation, action needed and shipment generate purchaser emails. Gift-group shipment is one email for the whole order.
New order email alerts
One email per new order once its quote is ready. The sender checks every minute, including weekends. Queues, retries and email limits can delay delivery. Alerts pause at 80% of the business email budget.
