Effective 10 October 2026. These terms apply when you use giftmomentum.com, create an account, submit an enquiry, place an order, or use a private gift link.

1. The service

Gift Momentum provides personalised Momentum Magnet products, design preparation, customer review, production coordination and delivery coordination. Product images and examples on the site are illustrative. Final materials, colours, dimensions and packaging may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances and are confirmed through the quotation or approved production proof.

2. Accounts and private links

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Do not share an account or a private recipient link beyond the intended recipient. You are responsible for activity carried out through credentials or links you control. We may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, the service or an order.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of photographs, text and other material you submit. You give Gift Momentum and the service providers acting for us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, adapt and transmit that material only as needed to quote, design, manufacture, support and deliver the requested order.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material, including permission to use photographs of other people and children. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, harmful or confidential material that you are not authorised to share.

4. Design and approval

An operator may prepare or upload design previews for your review. You are responsible for checking names, dates, messages and other personalisation before approving a production proof. Once a proof is approved, changes may require a new quotation, may use an available revision allowance, or may be impossible after production begins.

The current release uses externally prepared artwork uploaded and reviewed by an operator. Automatic AI artwork generation is not part of the current service.

5. Prices, quotations and payment

Prices, discounts, delivery charges, currency, specifications and expiry dates are shown in the quotation or payment instructions for the order. A quotation is valid only until its stated expiry and may need to be refreshed if details change. An order is not accepted for production until payment is verified or we expressly confirm another arrangement.

Card payments, where enabled, are handled through the displayed payment provider. Bank transfer or other manual payment reports remain subject to verification. Do not treat a payment report or checkout return page as proof that payment has cleared until the order shows payment verified.

6. Gifts and delivery

For a gift order, the giver is responsible for sharing each private invitation with the intended recipient and for providing a valid shared delivery address. Gifts may be delivered together to the giver, who arranges onward handover. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Customs, carrier delays, incorrect addresses and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel a paid order for a full refund before design work begins. Once design work has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for a change of mind, because your order is personalised and custom design work is already underway. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the contact page with your order reference and details of the issue. We will assess the circumstances and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not probe, overload, scrape, bypass access controls, attempt to obtain another person’s order, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may rate-limit, suspend or refuse requests that threaten customers, privacy, payment integrity or service availability.

9. Intellectual property

Gift Momentum’s site, branding, templates, copy, software and original design materials are owned by Gift Momentum or its licensors. You may use an order’s finished personalisation for personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially reuse our site or templates without written permission.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service available, but online services, providers and delivery networks can be interrupted. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by information you supplied, a recipient’s use of a private link, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the service and examples are provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If you have an order question or believe content is being used improperly, contact us through the contact page with your order reference. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or full private links.
